What are the available plans?
We offer lifetime plan (permanent access to your letter) and annual plan (access for 1 year, renewable). Both allow complete customization and unlimited editing.
Can I edit my letter?
Yes! Once your letter is paid, you have the freedom to edit your letter at any time, even changing its purpose without any limitation, meaning you can edit whenever and however you want.
Can I delete my letter?
Yes! It can be deleted when you haven't paid yet and even after payment, but be careful, this action is permanent and if you've already paid for the letter, the amount will not be refundable.
How can I find my letter?
Your letter can be found via your email. At the bottom of the homepage, there is an inbox for searching letters via email.
Does the letter have any protection?
Yes! We provide password protection, which can be configured when creating your letter. If you created your letter without a password, don't worry, you can add password protection when editing.
Is my data protected?
Yes, your data is carefully guarded by us and your images are encrypted in an image database and anonymized.
